Children need to have several hours of play a day. It is a right of the child. Sports is a part of education. Here the child learns many things in his life which cannot be fulfilled by anything else. Today I will share with you 10 reasons why children need sports
1. Physical growth.
Children can keep their body balance when they play sports. As the child’s demand for food increases, digestion is better. The physical growth of the child is rapid.
2. Present intelligence.
When a child participates in play, he has to make some quick decisions himself. This quick decision can make sense of the whole game if that is the intelligence present.
3. Creativity.
Children tend to create many things on their own through play. When the child plays outside or inside the private room, you will notice how many things he makes and breaks on his own. Children have to manage different things including sports as well as team rules. They have to take many responsibilities themselves and can understand how others have done their responsibilities. When a child plays alone, he gets lost in the world of imagination while his brain refreshes. A child’s brain develops through exclusive play. Through these, children’s imagination power increases.

A kind of meeting of children can be seen in the playground. Everyone’s house is not in one place. Each house has its distance and differences as well as its manners. In a word, apart from learning a lot, social behavior is also acquired here.
9. Eligibility.
Children can make themselves skilled and competent through any game. One can evaluate oneself by whether one has legage in any place. And one can make oneself properly qualified.
10. Ability to cope with interpersonal pressure.
Sports is one such thing that is winning here. Children can win and lose in the playground. Acknowledging this is a way to cope with human stress. On the field of play, one’s team can lose and being able to accept it can be achieved through dealing with human pressure.
